Terms and Conditions of Sale

ARTICLE 1 – PURPOSE AND SCOPE

KLIPINS is a brand specialised in the online sale of premium hair extensions. These Terms and Conditions of Sale (the "Terms") govern all sales concluded on www.klipins.com between KLIPINS and any consumer customer.

Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms, which are accessible at any time on the website. KLIPINS reserves the right to amend them; the applicable Terms are those in force on the day the order is placed.

ARTICLE 2 – SELLER IDENTIFICATION

KLIPINS – sole proprietorship (micro-entreprise) under French law
E-mail: contact@klipins.com

KLIPINS operates exclusively online; there is no physical point of sale. The website is hosted by Shopify Inc., 151 O'Connor Street, Ground Floor, Ottawa, Ontario K2P 2L8, Canada.

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS

The products offered for sale are presented with the greatest care: visuals, descriptions, composition and usage advice.

Photographs are provided for illustrative purposes and are not contractually binding. Variations may occur, in particular due to screen display settings or the natural variations in texture and colour inherent to human hair.

KLIPINS reserves the right to modify its offer at any time, whether in terms of products, prices or availability.

ARTICLE 4 – ORDERS AND PRE-ORDERS

An order is deemed accepted once payment has been successfully validated. A confirmation e-mail is sent to the customer.

Certain products are offered on pre-order. In that case, the "Pre-order" mention is clearly displayed on the product page and in the cart before the order is confirmed, and the estimated shipping time is three (3) to four (4) weeks from the order date. Payment is collected at the time of the order.

KLIPINS reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of an ongoing dispute with the customer, fraud or suspected fraud, or an unusually large order likely to affect product availability. Any cancellation by KLIPINS gives rise to a full refund of the amounts paid.

ARTICLE 5 – PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are stated in euros, inclusive of all taxes and exclusive of delivery costs, which are specified before the order is confirmed. Amounts displayed in another currency are indicative only.

Payment can be made by bank card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal or any other secure payment method offered on the website. Payments are processed by secure payment providers; KLIPINS does not store any banking data.

ARTICLE 6 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are shipped to France, the European Union and internationally, according to the destinations offered at checkout.

In-stock items: prepared within 24 to 48 business hours, then estimated delivery within 1 to 5 business days in France and the European Union, and 5 to 10 business days for other destinations (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Pre-order items: total estimated lead time of three (3) to four (4) weeks from the order date, including production and shipping.

Lead times are indicative. In the event of a delay, KLIPINS informs the customer by e-mail and does its utmost to limit the impact. A tracking link is sent as soon as the order ships. Customers are invited to check their details before confirming: incorrect information may lead to a delay or the return of the parcel.

Customs duties or import taxes may apply outside the European Union; they remain the customer's responsibility.

ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the customer has fourteen (14) days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.

Pursuant to Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, this right cannot be exercised for products that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. As hair extensions are hygiene products, only sets that are strictly unused, untried, intact and returned in their original packaging with the security seals fully preserved can be accepted.

Procedure: the request must be sent in writing to contact@klipins.com within the fourteen (14) day period, stating the order number. KLIPINS then provides the return address and instructions. Return costs are borne by the customer; tracked shipping is recommended.

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, KLIPINS proceeds, at the customer's choice, with an equivalent exchange or a refund of the amounts paid (excluding return costs), within a maximum of fourteen (14) days of receiving the return, using the payment method used for the order.

In the event of a preparation error or a defective product, return costs are borne by KLIPINS.

ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL GUARANTEES

Independently of the right of withdrawal, the customer benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code). Any claim in this respect must be sent to contact@klipins.com, together with the order number and, where possible, photographs.

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY

KLIPINS cannot be held liable for the natural wear of the products, inappropriate use or care (in particular application, colouring or heat styling not in line with recommendations), indirect consequences of a delivery delay, or force majeure beyond its control.

ARTICLE 10 – PERSONAL DATA

Personal data collected in connection with orders, customer relations and use of the website is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR. It is never sold to third parties.

The customer has the right to access, rectify, object to and delete their data, which may be exercised by writing to contact@klipins.com.

ARTICLE 11 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the customer may use, free of charge, a consumer mediator or the European Online Dispute Resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr). Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have sole jurisdiction.
